The Design Process
STAGE 1 - MEETING
An initial meeting is held with the customer to discuss their requirements and produce a brief.
STAGE 2 - SOLUTIONS
The Kingfisher team will discuss possible solutions for the customer and relay their ideas to the customer.
STAGE 3 - DESIGNS
A range of Designs will be created by the Kingfisher Design Team using the customer’s initial brief.
STAGE 4 - PRESENTATION
Solutions are presented to the customer. These will include possible garments, designs to go on the garments, labelling, packaging and any other aspect required by the customer.
STAGE 5 - ADJUSTMENTS
Adjustments and refinements, if required, are made at this stage.
STAGE 6 - SAMPLES
Once the designs have been agreed, samples can be made, along with samples of bespoke packaging.
STAGE 7 - CONFIRMATION
Customer confirms the order.
STAGE 8 - PRODUCTION
The order is passed to your account manager who will process the order and instruct our factory production team.
STAGE 9 - DELIVERY
The customer is emailed upon despatch and advised of next day delivery (via DPD).
